Rosemary-style lamb stew

Last week I got a French lamb stew with a small tail, this week I had time to bake it, only with sea salt, rosemary, black pepper seeds pickled, olive oil fried for two to three minutes, absolutely delicious.A bag of seven, so simple I fried them all, and I lost four, I think a week's worth of walking, but for food, good food is the most important thing, right?!...
