How TO MADE Homemade cream cheese
Steps 1 to 4
1. Preparation of raw materials
2. Mix the milk and cream evenly and put in the microwave on high heat for five minutes, during which you can stop stirring once.
3. It's hot but not boiling, so pour it into 40 grams of concentrated lemon juice.
4. After flocculation, add 4 g of salt to the mixture and filter into a white cloth.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The four corners of the cloth are hung in the shade and the water dries slowly, taking about half an hour.
6. Finally, the excess moisture is dried to make fresh cheese.
7. It's a very tasty snack with rice on the bread.
