Beef waist pie
WHAT YOU NEED

How TO MADE Beef waist pie
1. Pour vegetable oil into a large pan, heat it, fry the beef, then take it out and put it aside.
2. Flip your waist in the same pot.
3. Add the onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Put the beef back in the pan, spread the flour, and let the flour wrap over the beef and onions.
5. Pour the beef soup into the pot and stir until cooked.
6. Turn off the heat, open the pot and cover for an hour and a half, and if the juice evaporates too much, add some beef soup.
7. Turn off the fire, add salt, pepper and spicy oil, then cool it.
8. Pour the cooked mixed meat filling into a pie plate.
9. Open the peel and grind it into a 5 mm (1/4 inch) thick pie peel, which is 5 cm (2 inches) larger than the edge of the pan you are using.
10. Using a doughnut stick, remove the skin from the edge of the pan, and then use your fingers to clean the edges.
