Happy yogurt and mango mousse

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

125 grams of yogurt
80 grams of flour
Mangoes one
15 grams of fish oil powder
50 ml of pure water
Lemon juice (optional) 5 ml
200 ml of cream

How TO MADE Happy yogurt and mango mousse

Steps 1 to 4

1. Fish glue powder is poured into pure water, stirred and dissolved in waterproofing.

2. The yogurt is mixed with lemon juice and 20 g of sugar powder and a solution of fish glue powder.

3. Light cream and 60 grams of sugar powder beaten to 6 ounces (I used medium speed for about 5 minutes) and mixed in yogurt juice.

4. Process the mold, lay the biscuit base (see my cheesecake square for details), pour half of the mousse liquid, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.

5. The mango flesh is cut into small pieces, mixed with the remaining muesli, and poured into the pot after the top layer has condensed slightly.
