25 grams of low-fat flour
250 grams of high-quality flour
10 grams of milk powder
4 grams of yeast
100 grams of warm water

25 grams of butter

How TO MADE Castor toast

Steps 1 to 4

1. First of all, make the castor oil.

2. Mix the egg yolk fine sugar 1 and low starch flour evenly, heat the milk in the fire to the edge of the bubble, slowly pour the milk back into the egg yolk mixture to stir evenly, then pour it back into the pan over a small fire to thicken, stirring continuously during the heating process until the castor oil can form a slight line, finally insulate the water or refrigerate completely cool.

3. If you want to know more about how to make cassava sauce, please go to my previous recipe.

4. Melting of butter with water.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Yeast, warm water and fine sugar 2 mixed for backup.

6. High-strength flour salt and milk powder are mixed evenly.

7. Mix 1-4 steps of cassava sauce (only 100 g) with dried powdered butter and yeast water, stir until there is no dried powder, then transfer to the board to rub the dough.

8. The dough is getting smoother.

Steps 9 to 12

9. Keep rubbing until the glove membrane comes out.

10. It is then placed in a suitable container, covered with a preservative film, and fermented in a warm place.

11. Until the dough is fermented to twice its original size.

12. When the dough is cooked, take it out, knead it a few times, and then divide the dough into three equal parts.

Steps 13 to 16

13. Take one and make it into a bull's tongue.

14. Roll it up -- every single one of them.

15. It is then arranged in a toast box and fermented again in a warm place.

16. When it's well fermented, it can make up about seven or eight percent of the toast box.

17. You can brush a thin layer of egg yolk on the surface before you put it in the oven, but I didn't brush anything this time.

18. It is cooked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, and the surface is colored to your satisfaction, so you can cover a sheet of tin paper.

19. After cooking, I brushed the surface with a layer of honey water, the ratio of honey to warm water is about 1:1, or I could brush with a layer of butter or nothing.
