Strawberries, jelly, yogurt cake, I wanted to eat it all at once! So I made a strawberry jelly cake...
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients

How TO MADE Strawberry jelly cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. Egg yolk separation
2. Butter cutting microwave oven 40 seconds heating softening (I like lazy, hate waterproof heating trouble) into a paste
3. Yoghurt mixed with butter
4. The egg yolk is mixed with butter and yogurt and sifted into a low-flour and cornmeal dough.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The first sugar is added to the egg yolk, and the remaining sugar is added to the paste, which is beaten to the point where it forms a solid.
6. The egg yolk is poured into the protein paste, stirred evenly (one pour can be stirred a few times, sometimes), and dripped into a few drops of lemon juice (no drops), stirred into the pan or mold
7. The bubbles can be placed in the oven, the oven is preheated at 175 degrees, baked in a 150-degree water bath, the top layer is placed in the oven, the bottom layer is placed in hot water, baked for about 40 minutes
8. Put the cake in the oven and you can make the jelly part, strawberry-flavored gelatin powder 85g, first add 1 cup of boiling water, stir for 2 minutes, then add 1 cup of cold water to mix, put in the refrigerator and refrigerate
Steps 9 to 12
9. And then the cream part, personally I like this sour cream, the ingredients are very good recommended by friends.
10. First beat the cheese cream until it's soft, then add the white sugar and continue.
11. Add light cream and continue to beat until delicate and soft.
12. The cake is taken out and naturally cooled, then the cream is applied, the cream is scraped as flat as possible (actually almost flat, haha)
Steps 13 to 16
13. Remove the jelly, crush it, spread it on the cake, and decorate it with strawberries.
14. Another way to do this is not to refrigerate the jelly, but to put it directly on the cream cake, then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it until the jelly gel is frozen, which is personally recommended.
15. Cut it up and eat it. It tastes good.
