Steps 1 to 4

1. Preparation of materials

3. Add low flour, milk, and 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolk bowl, stir evenly, then add oil to make a golden-yellow shiny egg paste

4. Add the remaining 40 grams of sugar to the egg whites three times.

Steps 5 to 8

5. The egg whites are beaten until many small bubbles appear, and the sugar is added for the second time.

6. The third time, the white sugar continued to beat.

7. You can pull it up at a right angle (you can put a chopstick in it and it won't fall off).

8. The finished egg whites are divided into three parts and stirred up and down in the dough (the stirring will fade and the cake will not be luxurious)

Steps 9 to 12

9. The mixed cake paste is poured from a height of about 20 centimeters into a 6-inch non-stick mold (mine is an 8-inch mold)

10. The cake paste is placed in the lower layer of the oven before it is preheated at 170 degrees, (the last second layer, be sure to preheat in advance, otherwise the cake paste will not grow high for a long time), set to 150 degrees baking (the original 170 degrees baking oven drops in temperature after opening) for 40 minutes, then set to 170 degrees baking for 8 minutes.

11. In the oven, you want to increase the temperature or extend the baking time by deepening the color of the top.

12. To check if the cake is cooked, you can use a toothpick to insert it into the cake, pull it out to see if there is cake powder sticking to the toothpick, if there is, it is not cooked, bake for five more minutes, the toothpick is clean and the representative can eat!

13. After baking the cake, shake it from high to low, then turn it upside down (I forgot to take a picture) just the protein is good, stir the cake carefully, stir it up and down, it won't boil.

14. My four 8-inch eggs are all 5 centimeters, and the 6-inch ones are bigger (I don't have a 6-inch one at the moment).
