Rice flour cake

1. 2. Note: rice flour can be used with ready-made glutinous rice flour, if there is a grinding machine you can grind yourself, 300 to 500 grams of rice (if not washed rice, please dry the dry water after washing) and start the grinding process.

Handy cooking tips
The amount of glutinous rice flour in this square cannot easily replace the low flour in the ordinary chihuahua cake square, because the water absorption of glutinous rice flour is very different from the low flour.
