Pure version of the Black Forest cake

  I wanted to make a black forest cake, but I had just bought almond slices, so I decided to make a white chocolate version of the black forest cake.To make a flower cake, first you have to bake a cake base embryo, I use a 8 inch blister, I choose a 5 egg non-foam powdered version, if you want fewer eggs, you can use a 3 egg foam powdered recipe, I don't like foam powdered, so I still use the traditional 5 egg powdered recipe.

Five eggs
85 grams of low-fat flour
40 grams of corn oil
40 grams of milk
60 grams of white sugar (protein)
30 g of white sugar (egg yolk)
50 grams of white chocolate
500 grams of cream

How TO MADE Pure version of the Black Forest cake

1. The egg whites are placed in an oil-free, water-free container, and the butter is mixed with oil, milk, 30 grams of sugar, and flour to form a dough.

2. The egg whites are beaten out of the fish eye coarse foam, the sugar is added three times, the foam is sent to near dry foam, one-third of the protein is added to the egg yolk, mixed evenly by cross-mixing, another third of the protein is added to the dough, mixed evenly, and finally the dough is turned back into the protein, mixed into a uniform cake dough

3. Preheat the oven 160 degrees, pour the dough into the live-bottomed cake mold, blow out the bubbles, place in the oven 160 degrees, middle and lower layers, bake for 1 hour.

4. The cake is divided into three layers of chilled light cream and white sugar, some of which is mixed with chopped fruit grains and applied to the middle layer of the cake.

5. After the white chocolate is dissolved in water, it is poured on a large plate with a flat base, frozen for half an hour, and the chocolate chips are scraped out with a large spoon.

6. The cream is applied to the top layer of the cake and around it, as flat as possible, scraping the patterns with a serrated scraper around it, sprinkling the chocolate chips on top of the cake with a scraper, and gluing the almond slices around the cake

7. At the top of the cake, a circle of bases is pushed out with a flower mouth, and a fresh cherry is placed on each base.

Handy cooking tips

  I use Anja Light Cream, because the weather is hot, it's easy to use Nestlé Light Cream, and Anja Light Cream has a rich flavor. Anja Chocolate Cream is easy to crumble, so don't use your hands, make sure to use a scraper or other tool to make it.I baked eight-inch cake embryos today, sent about 500 grams of cream, and then I added a little bit of gelatin to make three puddings.
