How TO MADE Round potatoes
Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare all the ingredients and tools, put the dry yeast in a little water, dissolve it and wait for five minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the butter into the dough, (for the first time today, personal experience, make sure to mix the dough to the start, otherwise the addition of butter will inhibit the start of the dough)
3. After the dough is hardened, add the butter and continue to knead until a thin film can be pulled out.
4. If you put the good dough in a room temperature of 28 degrees for an hour (I turned on the air conditioning in the room, the effect is still very good), it will wake up to about 2.5 times the original, pressing in the middle of the dough will not bounce back.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Use your hand to squeeze the air out of the dough, knead the dough into round bags, place the preservative film on the dough, and reawaken it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
6. The dough is then turned upside down and rolled up from the side (according to the size of the bread mold).
7. (Because I don't have a bread mold, I used a 6-inch cake mold) Put the molded dough in the mold, and it's about 30 degrees at room temperature until the mold is eight or nine minutes full.
8. Brush a layer of whole egg juice on the surface and put in the oven at 165 degrees for 35 minutes.
9. (Watching the whole process in color)
10. (My oven is small, the bread is too high, it's hard to get it out, it's stuck on top, ha) The bread from the oven is golden, it's a success the first time, the next time it will be better ^_^
