Steps 1 to 4
1. The egg yolk is opened in a clean bowl, the egg yolk is mixed with a spoonful of white sugar, flour, milk, and filtered in another clean bowl.
2. Then stir the egg whites until there are bubbles, add a spoonful of sugar and two or three drops of white vinegar and continue stirring, add another spoonful of sugar in the middle and continue stirring until creamy (must send to creamy)
3. Divide the scrambled cream eggs into three parts, pour them into the egg yolk, stir up and down, and finally pour them into the oiled rice pudding, shake it and start cooking.
4. (Our rice cooker takes about 20 minutes to cook) It takes about an hour to open the rice cooker to see if it's ripe (use the chopsticks in the middle of the cake, the cake doesn't stick to the chopsticks).
