How TO MADE Mocha-flavored cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. I only need 60 grams of flour, plus the weight of the utensils.
2. It's only 100 grams of fine sugar.
3. 40 grams of vegetable oil, I use ordinary sesame oil, it doesn't smell bad.
4. A few drops of white vinegar!
Steps 5 to 8
5. All I need is 5 grams of cornstarch, and that's the weight of the prop.
6. All I need is 20 grams of cocoa powder, plus the weight of the props.
7. Four eggs, sorry, forget to take a picture, just take a picture, you know what eggs look like anyway.
8. It's just 70 grams of coffee with milk and no sugar!
Steps 9 to 12
9. 2 waterless and oilless molds to separate the egg yolk from the egg yolk
10. Two tablespoons of fine sugar in the egg yolk, about the size of the picture.
11. Scattered graphs
12. Pour the oil and stir evenly.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Then pour the coffee and stir evenly.
14. Then the flour is sifted through with the cocoa powder.
15. From the bottom up, the mixture is almost as tight as it can be, and it flows down intermittently.
16. Remove the remaining fine sugar and mix 1/3 evenly into the cornstarch.
Steps 17 to 20
17. This is the beginning of the egg whitening, the beginning of the blowing of the bubbles and the addition of a few drops of white vinegar!
18. Mixtures of sugar and cornstarch continue to be shipped
19. When the last step is done, the rest of the sugar is imported! Start! Don't drip until you pick it up!
20. After the scrambled eggs are served, add 1/3 of the scrambled eggs to the cake dough and stir from the bottom up like a stew!
Steps 21 to 24
21. After stirring evenly, slowly introduce the protein paste and stir evenly.
22. The mixture evenly shook out the air bubbles and began to load into the live bottom grinder, which I am six inches thick.
23. I bought it online!
24. Prepare and send to a preheated 160-degree oven in the lower 40 degrees up and down.
Steps 25 to 28
25. This is what you need to prepare the cream while waiting.
26. Take it out of the oven and shake it twice to dissipate the heat.
27. It's time to cool down, cool down, cool down, cool down.
28. Then divide the knife with the serrated blade into three pieces! (You can also use a fruit knife, but the serrated blade is better cut)
Steps 29 to 32
29. It's better not to pick it up and still be able to flow, after all, it's cream, it's too bad to dilute!
30. Then layer, layer, layer, layer, layer, layer, layer, layer, layer, layer
31. Finally! Remember that grated chocolate should not be touched with your hands! Ease the store! Collect it in a bowl and spread it evenly on the cake with a spoon
32. Finally! Ha ha ha ha come and eat.
Steps 33 to 36
33. I'm telling you, it's the first time I've done this! (assuming it's after biscuits, cookies, bread, muffins, etc.) Thank you again for the template provided by Amanda Mann!
34. Several of them have been quickly wiped out!
