1. Preparing the ingredients, separating the egg yolk and protein!

6. The protein is sent to lift the egg beater to pull up the small pointed edge... (the pot is turned over and the protein doesn't slide and beats)

7. Mix low-fiber flour and cornstarch through a sieve and place in the beaten protein, stirring evenly from bottom to top.

8. Start preheating the oven to 160 degrees.

9. Put the raisins in the dough and stir them! Pour the mixed dough into the cake mold.

10. (I'm using an eight-inch long one, but I can also use a ten-inch one if I'm sending it, so I can cut a few more) Flat the surface of the dough as much as possible, put it in the oven on the second floor of the oven... bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven)

11. It's time to come out of the oven, put the chopsticks in and see if there's any wet dough on the chopsticks to prove that the cake is baked!

Handy cooking tips

  The cake mold is best placed on a baking tray, covered with a layer of tin paper, and the tin paper is removed when the time comes!
