Steps 1 to 4
1. Heat the milk to 35°C, add the yeast powder, and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. High flour, sugar powder, salt, mixed butter.
3. Stir the milk until the yeast melts.
4. Yeast milk is added to the flour mixture and kneaded into a non-sticky dough.

5. Base fermentation is carried out in a pot with a water separator (28 °C).
6. Basic fermentation is complete.
7. Divide it equally into three parts, cover it with a fresh film and relax for 15 minutes.

9. Roll up and close.
10. Put it in a mold, insulate it with hot water (about 35°C) and ferment it a second time until it is 8,9 percent full (with a lid as large as possible).
11. Preheat the oven at 185 to 190 °C, put in the oven for about 30 minutes and observe the furnace.
12. Finished.
13. Cut it off.
