Cranberry mousse cake

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

100 grams of milk
180 grams of cream
15 grams of white sugar (added to cream)
20 grams of dried cranberries
3 grams of rum
2 g of lemon juice
100 grams of dark chocolate

How TO MADE Cranberry mousse cake

Steps 1 to 4

1. Heat the milk to 80 degrees and add the cranberries.
