Red heart fire dragon mousse cake

Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is melted, the biscuits are crushed, preferably a little crushed, the biscuits are mixed with the butter and then poured into the mold to be pressed! Then put it in the refrigerator!
2. Put two slices of gelatin in a bowl of cold water, soften it, pour the milk into it, put it in the microwave for a minute, and then put the sugar in it to cool it down for use!
3. Use an egg beater to beat the cream to 7.8 hair, that is, when the cream has a pattern and does not disappear easily!
4. Pour the red hearted dragon fruit paste into the cooled milk and stir evenly and then pour the light cream three times into the mixture of milk and fruit paste! Mix all evenly and then it is a more dense state
Steps 5 to 8
5. Pour it into the mold, put it in the fridge for two hours and take it out!
6. Add the aloe juice and a 5g slice of gelatin, heat it, melt it, cool it, pour it on the mousse cake, put it on the flower petals, and refrigerate it for two hours.
7. It's not particularly beautiful, but I'm touched!
