How TO MADE The taste of cake rolls
Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is fully melted, then the liquid is added: the milk powder is poured, one egg and four egg yolks are stirred evenly, then the low powder and salt are added to the sieve, and after fully mixing, it is left to stand for about 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar powder three times in a row to make the egg yolk look like the bird's mouth in the picture.
3. Add half of the released protein to the egg yolk bowl and stir evenly. Be careful to stir! Don't let the foam dissipate slowly. Turn it up and down!
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put oil paper on the pan, brush a layer of vegetable oil, pour the liquid into it, shake it twice on the table, shake the bubbles out.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Put it in a preheated oven, bake it for about 15 minutes, wrap it in oil paper and dry it for a while.
6. Roll it up, wait for it to cool completely and then cut it into rolls. Depending on the taste of the people, you can add jam to the rolls or you can add some cream to the rolls.
7. If you're afraid of trouble, you can eat it right away like me, haha.
Handy cooking tips
Put the oven on the fire for 15 to 20 minutes, don't wait too long, 15 minutes to start watching, it's easy to crack when the roll is too long or it's not rolled!
