Steps 9 to 12
9. Remove the mold from the refrigerator, pour in half the mousse paste, gently shake it, add the mango flesh (or not), then pour the remaining mousse paste into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for two hours, that is, put it in the top layer of the refrigerator!
10. After placing 1 piece of gelatin in a soft cold water bubble, melt it in 50 g of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of fruit paste left before stirring evenly, and the fruit gum is finished
11. Remove the mousse that has been refrigerated for 2 hours, pour it into the cooled fruit juice, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 4 hours.
12. Remove the mold (the electric blower blows around the mold, put a teacup under the mold, and the top comes down), and then decorate!
