1. 7. Then take a roll upright and press the growth bar again, sprinkle it with honeybees or date seeds, pull it slightly from top to bottom and roll it again.

8. After about an hour and a half, (the specific fermentation time depends on the season and temperature) the dough is fermented to eight percent, take out the top cover, push the bottom layer of the oven 175 baking for 55 minutes, (my oven temperature is high, I bought an oven thermometer, I got close to 140 degrees, the actual temperature is about 170 degrees)

9. When it's cooked, take it out and shake it for a while.

10. After cooling, put it in a sealed bag.

11. This is the case of the finished rice, very delicate, eaten with a thick flavor, very strong, mixed with the sweetness of honeybees, absolutely delicious!

Handy cooking tips

  My oven is 35L, listening to the previous ones, 450G mold makes two at a time, so my toast recipe is two quantities, I made a little change on the basis of the prince's recipe, because I wanted to make the roasted toast taste more intense, so I replaced the water with milk, added soft cream and condensed milk, rolled into the honeybees, put two eggs, about 90G or so, the liquid can be adjusted according to how much you like, the milk and condensed milk can be 200G, more dough will be wet.If the dough is wet, add a little more flour and mix it again.The dough must be mixed to the full stage, and secondly, it must be familiar with the temperament of your oven, which is the key to success!
