Ice cream mooncakes
I'm tired of eating ordinary mooncakes, so I tried to make this ice-cream mooncakes myself, and it tasted great!

How TO MADE Ice cream mooncakes

7. The glutinous rice flour in the ingredients is placed in a dry pot and cooked in a small fire, cooked until tasteless, slightly yellowed, and used as a dough.
8. Put the soy sauce in the pot a little bit, wait for it to cool, squeeze it into a small round ball of 20 g, the purchased soy sauce is more moist, the taste is better, and the package is better.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The dough is divided into several pieces, which need to be divided into several colors, with different colors mixed evenly.
10. Green is painted with green tea powder, purple is painted with purple potato powder, rice is painted pink, carrot juice is painted orange, any color you can think of.

12. Apply some cooked glutinous rice flour, pinch the ice peel into a nest, put the soy sauce filling in it, wrap it like a wrapper, tighten the lid.
13. Apply a thin layer of paste to the surface of the wrapped moon cake ball, put it into the moon cake mold, squeeze the mold mouth with your hands, the glutinous rice is relatively soft, not very useful, otherwise the trap will be squeezed out, do not take off the mold.
