Mango yogurt mousse

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

200 grams of yogurt for mousse
Light cream (for mousse) 80 grams
7 grams of gelatin tablets (for the mouse)
Fine sugar (for mousse) 8 g
20 grams of low-fat flour (cake base)
20 grams of almond flour
20 grams of shredded walnuts
20 grams of butter
10 grams of fine sugar (cake base)
100 grams of mango meat

How TO MADE Mango yogurt mousse

Steps 1 to 4

1. The base cake ingredients are mixed into clusters, pressed into shape with a two-inch mousse circle, preheated in the oven 170 degrees, baked for 7-10 minutes

2. Remove the bottom of the baked cake and put it in the mousse.

3. Put it in the refrigerator for cooling.

4. Cold water foam soft gelatin slices added 10 grams of light cream heated to dissolve gelatin slices

Steps 5 to 8

5. Put the dissolved gelatin at room temperature and pour it into the yogurt and stir evenly.

6. The remaining 70 grams of light cream is added to the fine sugar to make it seven or eight parts and then mixed into the yogurt.

7. Take out the cooled cold cake and put it in a layer of yogurt mousse.

8. Take 50 grams of mango meat and mix it with the fruit.

Steps 9 to 12

9. Pouring fruit paste on the mousse layer

10. Then add a layer of mousse to the dough.

11. Put the remaining mango slices on top and pour them back into the mousse.

12. After flattening, put in the freezer and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight.
