  It's always been my favorite cake, but for some elderly people who need to increase their intake of coarse grains, this time I tried to add some coarse grains to the cake, and it tasted very good! WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

Egg yolk: in moderation
Six of eggs.

40 grams of black sesame powder
40 grams of rice flour

60 grams of vegetable oil
20 g of white sugar

How TO MADE Rough grain cakes

1. Low-powdered rice flour is mixed and sifted, black sesame flour is sifted separately and replenished several times until the net weight is 40 grams.

2. Mix 20 grams of white sugar and 6 egg yolks in a clean container, add coconut oil to the mixture, and stir until evenly emulsified with a manual egg beater.

3. The material that is sifted into 2 in the liquid is stirred evenly without particles, be careful not to circle, the egg yolk paste is finished.

Put the six proteins in a clean container without oil or water, add lemon juice and salt, use an electric egg breaker to blow the proteins into a foam at low speed, add 30 grams of sugar three times, and blow until about nine percent of the proteins are ready when the egg breaker just brings out the small pointed corners, at which point you can open the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees;

5. The good protein (a quarter of the amount each time) is added to the egg yolk twice with a rubber knife, each time it is mixed evenly, the action requires light and quick stirring, to prevent foaming, (cut the action as: use a rubber knife to stick to the edge of the container, scoop the egg yolk from the bottom, cut 3, 4 down, repeat the process of scooping-cutting), finally pour the good egg yolk into the remaining protein and continue stirring evenly, the action is consistent with the front.

6. The mixed egg paste is poured evenly into the mold, and the air bubbles are shaken by a slight shaking on the table; the mold is placed in the lower layer of the preheated oven, baked at 160 degrees Celsius and 150 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes (please adjust the temperature of the oven yourself).

Handy cooking tips

  This mold is relatively large, you can choose 5 eggs, 6 eggs, 7 eggs and the corresponding amount of other ingredients according to your needs, it will make a different effect; 4 baking temperature, because the temperature of each oven is not consistent, please set it according to yourself, because the flowers of this mold are at the bottom, be careful not to bake black; 5 baking protein paste lemon juice can be used to remove the sweetness of the eggs, without white vinegar, salt is an excessive saving! 6 baking black cherry powder is relatively coarse to be added several times, it can be guaranteed to reach 40 grams after sifting.7 grams because of the addition of coarse grains, 50 grams of sugar personally felt that it could not be reduced anymore.
