WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
Eight eggsTwo eggs.110 grams of cream80 grams of pure milk40 grams of fine sugar8 grams of milk8 grams of cornstarch
How TO MADE The egg.
Steps 1 to 4
1. The eggshell is removed from the refrigerator and defrosted.
2. Protein egg yolk isolate

Handy cooking tips
It is recommended not to use refined milk, or reduce the amount of fine sugar by 10 grams.
