Sesame cookies and biscuits
As a lover of all sesame products, this cookie is a snack I make every once in a while.The rich nutty taste of sesame seeds and the sweet perfection of biscuits go hand in hand, and the crisp but not heavy taste makes you want to eat a bite.If you like a dessert that doesn't taste very sweet, then you should definitely try this cookie! The recipe makes about 35 to 38 cookies.

Ingredients
220 grams of low-fat flourBlack or white sesame seeds 100 gramsButter (softened at room temperature) 150 gTwo eggs.100 grams of icing sugarA moderate amount of salt
How TO MADE Sesame cookies and biscuits
Steps 1 to 4
1. The flour is sifted and put aside for backup.
2. There is no need to preheat the oven, put the sesame seeds directly on the oven plate, set the oven to 150 °C, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Put it aside for backup.
4. Butter and sugar powder softened at room temperature, salt mixed together and stirred evenly in an egg beater.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Stir until the butter and sugar powder are completely mixed, add the egg yolk, and continue stirring.
6. It contains flour and sesame seeds.
7. Change with a razor blade and stir evenly.
8. Divide the biscuit embryo into two pieces.

9. Arrange the two cylinders as shown in the figure.
10. Wrapped in a preservative film.
11. Put it in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
12. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
13. Take out the cooled biscuit embryos, remove the preservative film, and cut into biscuits of about 5 mm each.
14. After cutting, if the surroundings are not neat, you can use your fingers to gently squeeze them to repair and smooth them.
15. Cut biscuits are placed on a baking tray with baking paper and baked for about 20 minutes.
16. It can be eaten before it is cooled or stored in a sealed container.

Handy cooking tips
- Butter should be used after softening at room temperature.Don't be lazy to heat it in the microwave, it can easily melt the butter.- Cookies should be stored in sealed containers, otherwise they will quickly get wet.- Wait for the cooked sesame to return to normal temperature before adding it to the biscuit paste.
