Tea and fruit cake rolls
It's my favorite homemade cake because it's healthy, cheap, and tastes good.Do it yourself, have plenty to eat.

5. Add one-third of the protein paste to the egg yolk paste and mix evenly.
6. Pour the mixed egg yolk dough evenly into the remaining two-thirds of the protein dough, gently and quickly stirring evenly.
7. The cake paste is poured into the baking tray, flattened the surface, shaken gently for a few seconds, and the air bubbles are released.
8. Oven preheated 150 degrees, medium layer, 15 minutes.
9. The cake was immediately turned upside down and the baking paper was torn off.
10. Place the upside down side of the cake on the baking paper that has just been torn off, apply it evenly with a good soft cream, and sprinkle it with fruit butter.
11. The cake is slowly rolled up and wrapped in baking paper, like a candy wrapper.
12. The rolled cake rolls are placed in the refrigerator, where they can be removed after at least three hours of refrigeration.

Handy cooking tips
In fact, to make the cake roll beautiful and not crack, first of all the protein is released, do not beat the degree of protein paste of the cake, it should be wetter than that, just to the neutral foam is enough, if the protein released is semi-dry, it will crack when rolled up.As for the beauty of the rolls, this does require accumulating experience once in a while, once or twice is definitely not possible, and if you want to cut it beautifully, it is better to refrigerate the cake rolls overnight, otherwise it is easy to scatter.The fruit in this cake roll can be exchanged for other fruits, such as peaches, strawberries, etc.
