8. Place the dough in the refrigerator and refrigerate for one hour, at which time the dough will harden.
9. The dough is heated at room temperature for a moment, and after it has regained its liquidity, it is placed in a bag of flowers.
10. A thin layer of butter is applied to the inside of the silicone madeline mold, and the dough is poured into the mold and smoothed.
11. The silicone mold is placed in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius, heated up and down, in the middle layer, baked for about 18 minutes until fully inflated and ready for cooking.

Handy cooking tips
I used a silicone Madeleine mold.If it is made with a metal madeleine mold, when baking, you can put an empty pan at the bottom of the oven, which isolates some of the heat, and the baking is better.
