Ingredients

335 ml of cream
100 grams of milk
100 grams of fine sugar
Two whole eggs.
Egg whites (deprotein) 2

How TO MADE Portuguese eggs

Steps 1 to 4

1. Milk mixed with sugar to dissolve the water (do not boil)

2. Cool to 50 to 60 degrees Celsius and add the stirred egg juice.

3. Add the light cream to stir evenly (no need to stir the whole process) add the sieve filter and pour into the peel for 9 minutes.

4. Place in a preheated oven on a low flame of about 200 to 230 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the focus appears on the surface of the eggshell.
