Cake rolls with meatballs

How TO MADE Cake rolls with meatballs
Steps 1 to 4
1. Separate the egg protein from the egg yolk.
2. The egg yolk and fine sugar are mixed and sent to the egg beater until the volume swells, the state thickens, and the color fades.
3. Add corn oil three times, stirring each time with an egg beater until the mixture is even and adding it again.

Steps 9 to 12
9. Pour 1/3 of the protein into the egg yolk bowl, stir evenly ( stir from the bottom up, do not stir in circles) and pour the stirred dough into the remaining protein.
10. Stir evenly again.
11. The dough is placed in a pan of tin or oil paper, flattened, and shaken vigorously for a few seconds, so that the large bubbles inside the dough run out.
12. Put it in a preheated medium oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Prepare a new sheet of tin paper, put the cake upside down, move it to the baking tray, and tear the tin paper off the cake while it's hot.
14. After the cake cools, flip the cake over so that the surface rises again.
15. A layer of salad dressing is applied to the surface of the cake.
16. The surface of the cake is covered with meatballs.
17. Roll up the cake.
18. Finally, the rolled cake is wrapped in oil paper like a bag of candy, placed in the refrigerator and shaped for half an hour before it can be cut.
