Pineapple pie

How TO MADE Pineapple pie
Steps 1 to 4
1. Make the pie first so that it can be cooled for later use, and reserve the pineapple slices.
2. The pot is cooked with cold water, sugar, and chopped pineapple, and the fire is turned off for about three minutes after cooking.
3. Separate the sugar water from step 2 and the pineapple, continue to pour the sugar water back into the pot to boil, add about 40 g of cornstarch to water, pour into the boiled sugar water, stir continuously, so that the sugar water becomes a transparent paste.
4. Pour the pineapple into a transparent paste and stir it until it cools.
Steps 5 to 8
5. (Sugar water and pineapple can't be separated, you can also pour water cornstarch directly into the pot, there's not much difference, I just like to be lazy.)
6. Cut the softened butter into small pieces and mix it with low and high flour until it becomes loose.
7. Then add the milk and the condensed milk, stir a little, then form the dough into a ball by hand, put it in the refrigerator and take it out after 40 minutes (do not freeze it in the refrigerator!)
8. The dough is placed between two sheets of preservative film and opened with a dough stick, and the model is about 1.5 cm large.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Put the panels in the model, and the extra panels on the edges can be used to make a circle along the model with the panels, so the sides look better, and don't forget to use the fork to poke a small hole in the bottom of the pie!
10. Fill the pineapple pie to the bottom and spread it with a spoon!
11. The bottom of the oven is 180 degrees for 45 minutes! Don't forget to preheat!
