Steps 1 to 4
1. The container for separating the egg yolk from the yolk must be clean, waterless and oil-free.
2. Fine sugar is added to the egg yolk, and the electric eggs are sent quickly.
3. The egg yolk turns pale, the volume swells, and the state is thick.
4. Add the sesame oil three times, stirring thoroughly and evenly each time, and then add the next time.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Add milk and stir evenly.
6. The low-fat flour is sifted and added to the egg yolk, stirring evenly and not circling like a stew.
7. Mix the egg yolk and put it aside for use.

9. Add one-third fine sugar when fish eyeballs appear.
10. When there is a fine foam, add the remaining half of the fine sugar.
11. The final fine sugar is added when the egg whites are thickened.
12. Start quickly, to a moist state, i.e. when lifting the head gently, there will be small pointed corners with curves, do not start too much.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Take a spoonful of egg yolk and mix it with a few drops of red dye.
14. At this time, the oven can be preheated to 180°C and the fire can be turned on and off.
15. Add about three times the amount of protein paste and stir evenly.
16. It is placed in a disposable flower bag, cut a small hole at the bottom, and squeezed out of the favorite flower design on a well-covered oil paper (or tin paper) griddle.
Steps 17 to 20
17. Put it in a preheated oven and cook it for 1 minute.
18. Add the protein paste to the egg yolk paste three times and stir evenly.
19. After mixing, the cake paste is poured directly into the baking tray and spread flat.
20. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
21. After the surface is golden yellow, it is removed and immediately flipped over on a new sheet of oil paper, while the heat tears the oil paper from the mat on the grill, and after cooling the surface is flipped so that one side with the painted pattern is down.
22. Fresh cream with fine sugar is spread evenly over the cake and slowly rolled up.
