Chocolate shovel
It's a traditional French dessert, you have to taste it as soon as it comes out of the oven, it's an unusual dessert... and it's shrunk before I've even finished taking a picture of it.

Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare all the materials.

Steps 13 to 16
13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, make the protein into a standing protein cream, add to the egg yolk and stir evenly.
