30 grams of sugar
140 grams of milk
100 grams of whipped cream
One egg.
2.5 grams of lemon juice

1. Turn the cheese slightly in the microwave, add the sugar, stir it into a sauce, add the lemon juice, and continue stirring.

2. Milk and cream are heated in the microwave and slowly poured into it and gently stirred.

3. After the eggs are stirred, the cream cheese liquid is slowly added to the eggs several times and gently stirred inside.

4. After filtering, it is poured into a container.

5. 150°C water bath for 30 to 40 minutes (insert a toothpick and stand still)

6. The point is to refrigerate for one night before eating!
