  I'm very envious of all the different kinds of cupcakes that are sold in bakeries, and after I learn how to make them, I'm ready to make soft cupcakes, and I'm just going to make cream decorations, and then I'm going to make cream cupcakes.

Steps 1 to 4

1. The egg yolk and protein are placed separately in large bowls without water or oil, and the egg yolk is mixed evenly with corn oil and milk and a small amount of white sugar.

2. The egg yolk mixture is mixed and then sifted into a low powder, salt is added, and the dough is mixed back and forth with a manual egg beater at N speed to achieve a smooth, particle-free state.

3. Add a few drops of lemon juice to a large bowl of protein, add some white sugar, use a Dell egg beater to release the protein at medium speed, then add the white sugar, and continue beating until the protein is dry and foaming, pulling up the egg beater so that you can see the vertical pointed corners

4. Mix one-third of the cooked protein evenly with the egg yolk paste, preheat the oven, then mix the mixture with the remaining protein, stir evenly as a stew, into a smooth paste

Steps 5 to 8

5. Put the dough into paper cups, and each paper cup will hold about half the amount, and the more it swells, the more it can get out of control.

6. The Dell electric oven is preheated to 170 degrees Celsius, the paper cup is placed on the oven plate and placed in the middle layer of the oven, baked for 30 minutes.

7. After baking, the cupcake is immediately removed and placed upside down on the drying rack until it dries and turns over, and some of the excessive swelling is flattened.

8. 40 grams of cream and 10 grams of white sugar are mixed in an egg beater, then put in a bag of flowers, squeezed out to make a cream decoration for the cupcake, and finally decorated with a few small flowers.
