Steps 1 to 4
1. Egg whites, proteins are separated, and the proteins are placed in a container without water or oil.
2. Flour, tea powder, and baking powder mixed for backup.
3. Egg yolk with 20 g of sugar until thick, pale yellow.
4. Add oil to the boiled egg yolk, stir until fully mixed, add water, stir evenly, then sift into the mixed flour.

5. Mix with a knife to a particle-free state.
6. When stirring the flour, do not stir in a circle so that the flour does not rise.
7. The protein is divided into three sugars, washed and dried in an egg beater, and beaten to a moist foam.
8. Add 1/3 of the good protein to the mixture and stir evenly using the slicing method.
9. After mixing, the dough is poured into a protein bowl and is evenly mixed with the remaining protein.
10. Do not mix in circles to avoid foaming.
11. The mixed dough is poured into a baking tray covered with oil paper, flattened with a scraper, and shaken with force for several seconds, shaking the bubbles in the dough.
12. Preheat oven, medium layer 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
13. After baking, it is folded upside down on the tin paper, and the oil paper is removed from the bottom while it is heating.
14. Cut the thick sides on both sides, apply a layer of salad dressing, then apply a layer of meatloaf, with the help of a doughnut stick, roll the cake, wrap it in candy, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than half an hour.
