Steps 1 to 4
1. First, the liquid material (except protein) is thoroughly mixed.
2. Flour starch is mixed with egg yolk after sieving
3. The protein is divided into three parts, and the sugar is added, and the protein is divided into these little straight hooks.

Handy cooking tips
When you make the protein, the sugar must be divided three times, otherwise it will not start, and the shorter the stirring time, the better! Another thing is to make sure that there is no oil or water in the mold, because the wind will climb along the inner wall!
