  This is the summary of my countless experiments with the simplest and easiest to fail cake!

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

40 grams of low-fat flour
Water or milk or fruit juice 40 grams
35 grams of corn oil
7 grams of cornstarch
Three eggs.
60 grams of white sugar

Steps 1 to 4

1. First, the liquid material (except protein) is thoroughly mixed.

2. Flour starch is mixed with egg yolk after sieving

3. The protein is divided into three parts, and the sugar is added, and the protein is divided into these little straight hooks.

4. Mix one-third of the protein in the egg yolk, then pour the egg yolk into the remaining protein and shake it gently for a few minutes.

5. In the oven, 170 degrees for 50 minutes! You can see the cake climbing over the cake mold!

Handy cooking tips

  When you make the protein, the sugar must be divided three times, otherwise it will not start, and the shorter the stirring time, the better! Another thing is to make sure that there is no oil or water in the mold, because the wind will climb along the inner wall!
