Lemon and honey cake
This is one of the simplest cakes I've ever made, and a beginner can make it very well!

Steps 1 to 4

5. The flour is sifted and added to the mixture. After mixing, the dough is slowly restored to its original shape by scraping it upside down as in the picture.
6. The container containing the protein must be absolutely clean or the protein will not be released properly.
7. When the protein is coarse, add the first sugar. When the protein is coarse, add the second sugar. When the protein is coarse, add the second sugar. When the protein is coarse, add the second sugar.

Steps 9 to 12
9. Then add one-third of the protein to the egg yolk and stir it like a stew (turn it up from the bottom).
10. And then you put the dough in the protein bowl and you keep stirring it, and then you stir it like this.
11. Finally, pour the dough slowly into the cake mold, then shake the air bubbles out of the dough for a few minutes, and you can put it in the oven for about 50 minutes, but you still have to adjust the time according to the temperature of your oven.
12. After the cake is baked, it is immediately turned upside down until the cake is completely cooled, for about a few hours or overnight, and then a small knife is used to wrap it around the inside of the mold so that it can be cut and eaten.
Handy cooking tips
The relatives who don't have an electric egg breaker are also very good at hand-pumping protein, because I'm the one who hand-pumped it..It's a little tiring, but the protein effect is really good!
