A thick cheese brownie cake
I usually prefer Western desserts, and I'm obsessed with brownies, so I tried to make them at home, and the ingredients are arranged according to the 8 inch cake, and you can increase or decrease the percentage according to the actual ingredients.

How TO MADE A thick cheese brownie cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. First, make the brownie dough: now cut the dark chocolate into pieces (the more pieces, the better) and heat it to soften it.
2. Scatter the three eggs.
3. All butter is softened at room temperature or heated in a microwave for 10 seconds to soften and stir evenly.
4. The chocolate is melted, stirred evenly, then slowly poured into the butter solution, stirred evenly (dark chocolate and butter solution mixed, surface stirred to silky smooth)
Steps 5 to 8
5. Add about 110 grams of refined sugar and stir evenly.
6. Then pour it slowly into the egg juice, stirring evenly.
7. Finally, the sifted flour is mixed in batches.
8. Add a few milliliters of vanilla extract, stir up and down, mix evenly.
Steps 9 to 12
9. This is a blended brownie dough.
10. Re-make the cheese paste: soften 250 grams of cheese and add about 60 grams of fine sugar and stir evenly.
11. Then add a scattered egg yolk and continue stirring.
12. After stirring thoroughly, the cheese paste is ready.
Steps 13 to 16
13. In the cake mold, put a layer of brownie dough and then a layer of cheese dough.
14. Finally, add a layer of brownie dough and shake the mold slightly to make the dough even.
15. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, then raise the fire to 190 degrees, bake for 28 to 30 minutes (my oven is 26L, 1600W, for your reference)
16. If you cut the corner, you can clearly see the cheese layer. If you like sweets, you can't miss it.
