Margaret's biscuits with cocoa butter
Margaret's is my aunt's favorite cookie because of its sweetness, and she bakes a lot of it every time she gives it to her sweetheart.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
100 grams of low-fat flour100 grams of cornstarch100 grams of butterTwo boiled eggs.1 gram of salt60 grams of sugar
How TO MADE Margaret's biscuits with cocoa butter
Steps 1 to 4
1. Cut the butter into small pieces to soften at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat it with an egg beater until it is fluffy (to avoid the sugar from flying when beating, stir first)
2. The egg yolk is crushed through a sieve and stirred evenly with butter.
3. Mix low-fat flour and corn flour and sieve into butter
4. Add salt, mix with a scraper, knead into a smooth dough, refrigerate for one hour
Steps 5 to 8
5. The dough is divided into small doses of about 10 grams, rolled round and flattened so that there is a natural crack around it.
6. Preheat to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
7. It's cooked.
8. It's good to eat!
