  One day, I suddenly found a bag of berries that I had left over from New Year's Eve, so I made some changes to the recipe of my idol @Ajin, reduced the amount of oil (originally 160 grams), and made this little biscuit.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

135 grams of butter
200 grams of low-fat flour
65 grams of flour
One egg yolk.
4 grams of black coffee powder
40 grams of milk
40 grams of almond flour
3 grams of salt

Steps 1 to 4

1. Milk bubbles are used as a backup in coffee recipes.

2. Almond flour and low flour are weighed well in advance.

3. The butter is softened sufficiently at room temperature to a state where it can be easily pressed and deformed, sugar powder is added and mixed evenly with a scraper, thus preventing the sugar powder from rising when beaten.

4. It is sent with an egg beater until the color fades and the volume swells.

5. Add the coffee juice twice, stirring evenly each time and adding again.

6. Add the egg yolk and stir evenly.

7. The low-fat flour and almond flour are sifted, mixed evenly, then pressed into small, even masses, then flattened and placed on a grill pan, with each dough topped with peeled berries.

8. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
