Steps 5 to 8

5. Let stand for 30 minutes, wait for it to completely dissipate and observe the degree of dilution, if it is not possible to drip naturally, it is too thick, you need to add oil or water, the oil will be thicker, the water will be crisper, according to the individual needs, add little by little to the mixture, until the egg breaker can drip naturally.

6. I personally like to add water.

7. Use a spoon to pour on a pan covered with oil cloth, so that the dough naturally spreads into round slices, be careful to leave enough space, otherwise it is easy to connect.

8. The oven is preheated to 180 °C and lowered to 130 °C, and the grill of the sesame slices is dropped with some force, making the sesame slices thinner and larger.

Steps 9 to 12

9. Set the time to 10 minutes, then you can't leave the person, pay attention to the observation, the middle is cooked in the same color as the surroundings, the red arrow in the picture can be scooped down, the uncooked continues to bake, cook one scoop one, until all the scoops are finished and then bake the next plate, if there are two baking plates, you can bake the other plate to be baked at the same time.

10. This one is made of white sesame, it's better to observe the color when it's cooked.
