Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter can be melted at room temperature, but it can also be melted in waterproofing.
2. Egg yolk separation (a separator with a separator without which a small hole can be drilled in the eggshell to let the egg yolk flow out)
3. Mix the sugar powder and the tea powder evenly.
4. Pour the tea powder and sugar powder mixture into the melted butter, stir evenly, pour the wheat flour into the mixture evenly, then pour it into the egg yolk, mix them together with a chopstick or a wooden spoon, and grind them into a lump.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Then develop horizontally, rub him into a cylinder, wrap him in a protective film, put him in the fridge, freeze him!
6. That's right, cut him into 0.5 mm round pieces, if the cut isn't good, you can adjust it by hand.
7. Put the chopped round pieces in the microwave (steal a picture of the recipe) and bake them on high heat for two minutes on the opposite side and then bake them for one minute on the opposite side! Please don't ask me why not bake them directly on the opposite side for three minutes!
8. The table on the left is the result of my three-minute baking in the opposite direction, although it doesn't sell very well, but it tastes surprisingly good.
