Lemon cookies

4. Use a rubber scraper to help stir all the ingredients more evenly, make a dough, the dough will not be very sticky; 7 ⁇ will rub the dough into long circular strips, wrap it in oil paper, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it to hard (about 1.5 hours);
Steps 5 to 8
5. Take the hardened noodles, cut them into thin slices about 1 cm thick, evenly arrange them on the baking tray (leave a space in the middle, the biscuits will be slightly larger); 9 pieces put in the middle layer of the pre-heated oven, heat up to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes, bake until the surface is slightly yellow;

Handy cooking tips
1 lemon peel must be removed cleanly, otherwise it may be bitter; 2 lemon peel should be mixed evenly after each addition of an ingredient, so as to ensure a more even distribution of each ingredient; 3 lemon peel is usually baked for 15 minutes, but the slices cut slightly differ, so you can freely sprinkle for a while before baking for 10 minutes, after 5 minutes it is best to check the color of the biscuit.
