2. When the protein is stirred, add 1/3 of the sugar; when the protein is thickened, add 1/3 of the sugar; when the protein appears, add 1/3 of the sugar.
3. After adding the fine sugar, continue to spread the protein, until the protein hardens and foams, until the bowl is turned upside down and the inclined protein does not come out.
4. The egg yolk is mixed with 20 grams of fine sugar until the egg yolk is thick, swollen, and light in color.
5. Add 1/2 of the protein to the egg yolk bowl, then sift into 1/2 of the low-fat flour and stir evenly with a rubber scraper (do not stir in circles to prevent the protein from evaporating).
6. Add the remaining half of the protein to the egg yolk bowl, add the remaining half of the low-fat flour, stir evenly.
7. Put the dough in a flower bag, squeeze out the striped dough on the grill, and then put it in the middle layer of the oven at 190 degrees for about 10 minutes.
