Yoghurt and beans
This is Xiaoting's predecessor, because I never thought I'd write a recipe, so I didn't take a picture, please forgive me.

Ingredients
30 grams of yogurt25 grams of infant formula12 grams of cornstarch50 grams of egg whites10 grams of fine sugarA few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar
How TO MADE Yoghurt and beans
1. Milk powder and cornstarch are sifted and mixed with yogurt.
2. Add lemon juice or white vinegar in a waterless and oilless container, add sugar three times, and beat until hard foam.
3. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees, spread the pan with grease paper, mix the yogurt paste and the spread protein evenly, be careful not to dissipate.
4. Choose a suitable flower mouth, put the bean paste in the flower bag, squeeze it onto the grill, be careful to leave a little space.
5. Put it in the lower layer of the oven, 80 degrees, bake for about 50 minutes, it doesn't turn brown, it looks better.
6. It's time for another five minutes.
7. Take a small soybean, if you can easily peel it off, it proves to be ripe.

Handy cooking tips
Yoghurt must be very thick, otherwise it is not standardized.The yogurt I use is baby yogurt powder made by myself, wrapped in gauze after it is done, put a cup or bowl underneath to get water, it can be very thick for half a day or so.
