Carrot and almond cake
I'm using a 21x21 cm grill, so this recipe is based on my home grill, and if you have a bigger grill and you want to make a bigger cake, you can double the size of my recipe.

How TO MADE Carrot and almond cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. Pour the low flour, almond flour, sugar, butter and egg juice together into a sealed bag, then mix the ingredients into a dough and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Place the almond slices on average in the oven, then put them in the oven and bake at 170°C for 10 minutes, paying attention to the color of the almond slices.
3. Put butter, sugar, honey and fresh cream in a small pot (on low heat), stir with a spoon until the butter is completely dissolved, then pour the finished almond slices into the small pot and stir.
4. After 1 hour, take the noodles out of the refrigerator and put them on the baking paper, rolling the noodles flat with a stick.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Roll the dough flat and put it in the oven, then use a fork to make small holes evenly on the dough.
6. Put the dough in the oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.
7. After baking the dough, pour the almond slices (and the juice) evenly over the dough, remember to distribute evenly, and finally put the pan in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
