How TO MADE Handmade cranberry cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. 60 g of butter, 45 g of powdered sugar, stir continuously until white [color change is obvious, cream white + light yellow is enough] then add one egg yolk, continue stirring until the egg yolk is completely invisible
2. Add 100 g of low-fat flour, 10 g of milk powder, 20 g of chopped dried cranberries and mix with a stirring spade until cooked

4. Wrap the finished product in a preservative film and refrigerate it for a day.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Remove the frozen hard finished product, remove the preservative film, and cut it into about 3 mm.
6. Put it in a 170°C oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Take it out and cool it down.
