Tea and cookies
I've always loved the taste of matcha, and the color of matcha is very fresh. So after buying the oven, I first wanted to make matcha cookies.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
120 grams of low-fat flour5 grams of tea powderOne egg yolk60 grams of butter35 grams of sugar cream
How TO MADE Tea and cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. Melting at room temperature
2. Adding sugar cream
3. Add the egg yolk.
4. In fact, the order of addition is not specified, because there are not many raw materials.
Steps 5 to 8
5. 5 g of tea powder
6. When all the ingredients are added, it is mixed into a dough.
7. Put it in the refrigerator, ice until the dough is a little hard, a little bit is ok.
8. Print the biscuits out with a mold, remember to be quick, because the dough softens easily at room temperature, and by the time you print it, it's tangled.
9. Middle layer, 190 degrees up and down, 15 minutes
10. The color is still imperfect, the taste is quite good, but I don't know how to make the kind of fluffy taste that can't be sold outside.
11. This one I made, the entrance doesn't melt right away and it's not particularly brittle.
