Wheat nut energy bars
On February 7th, I received a package of organic rice from the farm, but I always thought that what else can rice do besides making porridge? Two days ago, I wanted to make sugar, like sorghum or sugar made from grain.Suddenly I remembered in which issue of the magazine I saw the wheat energy bar in the kitchen! It took me half a day to finally find it! Everyone's rice flowers, I used to bake rice! I made this wheat nut energy bar, I used rice, oatmeal, walnuts, peaches, American almonds, and cranberries.Although I ate it yesterday and didn't react much, maybe it was a small amount, today I decided to eat it without the almonds.

1. The rice is cooked in an electric rice cooker, poured flat on a pan covered with oil cloth, dried for a while, then placed in a preheated 130-degree oven, baked for about 10 minutes, if the rice is heavier, it can then be placed in a pan with a wooden spade, constantly shaking the pan to dry it.
2. Take a clean small milk pot (non-sticky coating), put it in the pot with malt sugar, honey, butter and sugar, heat it slowly on a low flame until all the ingredients are cooked (note: when cooking, be sure to use a low flame, and keep stirring slightly on the side, do not leave, so as not to spill the hot syrup), after all the ingredients have melted and mixed, remove the fire and put aside for backup.
3. The oatmeal is placed in a grill, placed in an oven preheated to 160 degrees, removed after 5 to 8 minutes of baking, and placed in a larger container with chopped rice, chopped walnuts, chopped American almonds, and dried cranberries, mixed and stirred evenly.
4. In a well-mixed dry material, pour into the cooked syrup and stir evenly again, take a square or rectangular baking container with a circumference of about 20 cm, put food wax paper in it, then pour the mixed ingredients into the baking container, spread all the ingredients in the baking container as much as possible, and press them gently with a spoon (note: just press flat, do not press too hard, otherwise the taste will be stiff).
5. Place the prepared baking container in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Remove the pan and set aside until it cools completely.
7. Take the wheat nut pie out of the grill and cut it into strips that are 10 cm wide and 3 cm wide.
