Cranberry cookies

Steps 1 to 4
1. Weigh the required materials separately and place the spare ones.
2. After softening the butter, add the sugar powder and stir evenly (no need to stir)
3. Add a tablespoon of egg juice

5. Pour in the dried cranberries (dry the large cranberries in small pieces beforehand, don't cut them too small)
6. Pour into low-fat flour and stir evenly to form a dough
7. Use your hands or a mold to make the dough into a square, the size you like (mine is probably 5 x 5 cm), put it in the refrigerator to freeze to hard (about 1 hour), be careful not to refrigerate oh, it's frozen, frozen
8. Remove the frozen dough, cut it into slices of about 0.7 cm with a knife, and put it in the oven.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Put it in a preheated oven at 165 degrees, medium layer, for about 20 minutes, and you'll see the surface is a little golden yellow.
10. Finished products are cooked and eaten.
Handy cooking tips
1 teaspoon of cranberry dry can be purchased in supermarkets or online; 2 teaspoon of cranberry dry can also be used in place of other dried fruits; 3 teaspoon of sweet, you can properly reduce the amount of sugar, I'm satisfied with 56 g of sweetness; 4 teaspoon of dough when molded, if you're worried about the difficulty of removing the mold, you can put it back into the mold in the storage bag; 5 teaspoon of this biscuit has a higher success rate, you don't need to use butter.
