Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter softening + sugar powder, salt, rubber scraper after mixing evenly, spread evenly with an electric egg beater.
2. Add the egg juice and spread evenly.
3. Sieve into a low powder and mix with a rubber scraper to form a solid.
4. Wrap the bread in a preservative film, fold it into slices, (you can repeatedly pull the preservative film until the surface of the slices is flat) and freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour, so that the slices are slightly hard and easy to press.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Choose your favorite cookie mold.
6. Using a biscuit mold, press various shapes and place them in the baking tray.
7. I made two servings of dough, and the other one added 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to replace the low flour, making cocoa dough.
8. The two sheets can finally be pressed together and flattened to create a colorful effect.
9. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
10. The surface is golden yellow.
11. Whoa, whoa.
